We want investors and businesses to have the chance to discover the opportunities Bolsover has to offer, so all the district's available commercial land and premises can be searched via the council's website, as well as being published in our monthly property guide that is distributed throughout the district. If you have a specific property enquiry then contact us direct and we will do our very best to find you the ideal match, which will include excellent communications due to 3 junctions of the M1 (28-30) running through our district, and our strategic location within the east midlands, with the cities of Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby all within an hours drive. The district has a wide portfolio of commercial premises, from industrial units and warehousing, to high quality business parks and office developments right on the motorway, such as at Barlborough Links Business Park at junction 30. We can also introduce you to relevant sector networks and clusters, and directly connect you to our planners, working through any planning process with you to assist and speed the process of relocating/setting up in business.
We also assist businesses in finding funding, and from time to time run grant schemes to assist businesses with premises improvements etc. We are also actively involved in several business support programmes to develop and grow business and entrepreneurship within the district.

Chesterfield
Chesterfield Borough Council’s economic development activities are aimed at securing a sustainable future for the economy of Chesterfield and its residents. Bassetlaw
The Bassetlaw District Council Economic Development Unit leads on the economic development and regeneration of the District of Bassetlaw by working in partnership with others.
