Mansfield and Ashfield A number of development sites have been made available along the route of a 15 km relief road bisecting the 2 towns which together have a population of over 200,000 and have seen significant developer and end-user investment over last few years. The sites lie within 5 miles from M1 J28 and are suitable for a number of commercial uses. Immediately adjacent to M1 J28 Clowes Group has its 120 acre Castlewood site where a range of units for B1, B2 and B8 uses will be constructed.
