Sherwood Energy Village E-centre

Sherwood Energy Village E-centre opening in Spring 2006 provides office space for rent, particularly to companies within the environmental sector. Sherwood Energy Village provides convenient access to the A1(M) 5 miles away and the M1 is accessible at J28 and J29 approximately 15 miles away. The crescent-shaped building, evocative of art-deco style, boasts a full height winter garden, acting as the 'lungs' of the building, capturing light, heat and passive ventilation. The centre has a centralised reception, a bistro with external decking over an architectural pond.  There is also car parking and pleasantly landscaped grounds illuminated by off-grid renewable energy powered lampposts. There are also transitional work points for business people on the move and meeting rooms for occasional hire.
